“ My family and I always enjoy eating at the local fork. We always feel welcomed and well taken care of. We have small kids in the family and they were so kind to them. The food is always excellent. I have never had a bad experience here. I'm obsessed with the sweet tea. They recently had a buffet lunch with fried chicken, catfish and yummy sides. We will definitely come back. ”
“ My daughter and I were meeting halfway and wanted to eat together. We wanted home style cafe and boy did we get it! The beans were wonderful and the service was even better! Sweet tea in a mason jar topped off a great late lunch! We will most definitely be back:) ”
“ Great family joint for southern food...fried pickles were awesome. I was a little disappointed with the loaded mac n cheese because of the sweet barbecue sauce...just didn't seem to blend good...i think a vinegar based sauce would top it off way better* ”
“ Start with a LARGE mason glass of very good sweet tea. Next had a great salad from the self serve salad bar. (Great ranch!!) Healthy lunch serving of chicken fried steak and house dinner rolls. Check The Local Fork out! Yum yum. ”
“ I got the American potato with chicken fried steak and it was a perfect portion. My granddad got the Loaded Mac and cheese, not only was it beautiful but decadent. My mom got the chicken fried chicken with onion rings and potatoes on the side. The fry was nice and crispy and the onion rings were mammoth. Large portions mean share or leftovers. Service is very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend, as a great option for some classic southern eats without excess grease and a menu option for everyone. ”
“ Super cute place very clean and spacious. Big tvs on wall to watch, amazing service and all the food homemade all taste so good from breakfast to lunch anything you get is a treat. “ We’re visiting from Michigan and had such a wonderful experience dining at Fork in Emory, Texas! The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. What really made our evening extra special was our server, Payton — he was extremely kind, friendly, and such a pleasure to chat with. He made us feel right at home and took great care of us throughout the meal. So glad we stopped in — highly recommend Fork to anyone in the area or just passing through! ”
